Where do I collect orders?

How do I pay?

For the initial launch we are processing orders through the shop. You will pay upon collection.

How is my order packed?

We will pack your order accordingly. Larger orders will be in large chiller bags. Small orders in our smaller chiller bags.

Do I have to pay for the bags at checkout?

We pack your order in our Meat Haus bags. Depending on the qty ordered we will pack in our eco – fabric or chiller bags.

Do you deliver?

We have delivery services available. When you check out please follow the prompts, select a time slot you would like your order to be delivered. Terms & conditions apply.

Where are you located?

Initially all orders will be prepared at our Waigani Meat Haus located at the former ANZ Compound Waigani.

Can I pick up from you other stores?

For now, you can only pick up from our Waigani Meat Haus. Watch this space for further advise.

What if an item that I am looking for is not online?

Contact the Meat Haus directly via email or phone. Our team will assist in locating the product you desire or source a suitable substitute.

Will my order weigh exactly the weight ordered?

yes it will be. Cuts with bone may have a slight variation in weight.

What if I want to order a different quantity than what is available online?

Contact the Meat Haus directly via email or phone We will advise you within the hour should there be any issues with your order.

What if I purchase a product but it is not available in store?
